Steps:
* Unpacked lstdke20.zip, outside of LOSTDUKE.BAT.
* Renamed LDGAME.CON to GAME.CON.
* Unpacked LOSTDUKE.GRP with kextract and then deleted LOSTDUKE.GRP.
* Created a new archive from the available contents.
